Why do we love wholegrains?

Everyone on the SunBites team has their own 'thing'. Mine's whiling away an afternoon in my garden, whereas Jenny is more for hurling herself off cliffs in the name of adventure sports. We do all have one thing in common though - we love our wholegrains. After all, they're crammed with goodness and an important part of a healthy lifestyle.

Most of us know that to really live well, we should be eating a varied, balanced diet (with the occasional treat here and there) and yet research shows that over 80% of us in the UK aren't getting enough wholegrain in our diets*. We tend to start well with wholegrain breakfast cereal, perhaps the odd slice of wholemeal bread and after then it gets a bit more difficult...

SunBites are a light, crispy and delicious way to boost your wholegrain intake. These little snacks are made with whole oats, whole corn and whole wheat so that every bag provides more than 1/3 of the suggested daily amount of 48g wholegrain**. They're also crisp, light and satisfying!

I've replaced my afternoon biscuits with a packet of SunBites - I know it's only a tiny change, but I like to think it's one of a few little things that add up to make a big difference.

I hope you'll try them and like them, too!
